Kuilsrivier Dental Inc. is a dental practice located in Kuilsriver, just outside of Cape Town. The practice has been established in the area for over 30 years and has always maintained a reputation of providing top quality affordable dentistry to the residents of Kuilsriver, standards that are still being maintained today.
The practice is run by two partners, Dr I Heyns & Dr S Wiese & locum dentist, Dr R Lemley.

Good Oral Hygiene
Keep your mouth healthy with these simple steps:
- Use a soft bristle toothbrush to minimise the chance of hurting your gums.
- Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, after breakfast and especially before going to bed.
- Brush for at least two and a half minutes each time.
- Replace your toothbrushes at least every three months, or earlier when they become frayed.
- Your tongue is a hotbed of bacteria; brush your tongue to remove bacteria in the mouth.
- Floss at least once a day and follow the curves of the teeth when flossing.
- Do not snap floss onto the gums when cleaning between teeth.
- Use toothpaste or oral care products that contain fluoride.
- Eat a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks.
- Visit your dentist regularly.
